The story of Overcomers' Evangelical Mission International, our founder, and what we believe.
Our story
Overcomers' Evangelical Mission International (OEMI) is a dynamic Christian ministry headquartered at the Mega Cathedral, Modomo Quarters, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
In 2003, APOSTLE ABIODUN OYETUNDE OLADELE was instructed by the Lord to move to a wilderness area on the outskirts of Ile-Ife. Though the land was largely undeveloped, he obeyed by faith and settled there. Through God's grace, that once-desolate land has grown into a thriving community now known as Modomo, home to our international headquarters and Mercy Land.
What began as a humble prayer and evangelistic outreach has grown into a global beacon of hope, known for its emphasis on holiness, fervent prayer, prophetic ministration, deliverance and unwavering faith in God's power.
OUR MOTTO
“We Are More Than Conquerors” — Romans 8:37. Everything we do flows from this promise: that in Christ, every believer is an overcomer.
OUR CALLING
To proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and demonstrate the power of God through signs, wonders and miracles, so that lives are transformed and destinies restored.

Worldwide Prayer Congress
Our Every-Tuesday Prophetic and Deliverance Service, the Overcomers Prayer Congress, has been a source of spiritual renewal for thousands, with a special edition every first Tuesday of the month.
Omi Asegun (Water of Victory)
A divinely inspired symbol of faith and God's miraculous intervention, through which many testimonies of healing, breakthrough, deliverance and restoration have been recorded.
APOSTLE ABIODUN OYETUNDE OLADELE
Founder and General Overseer, Overcomers' Evangelical Mission International (OEMI)
APOSTLE ABIODUN OLADELE is a renowned servant of God, revivalist, evangelist and prophet. While serving as a Village Health Worker, he had a life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ at about 3:00 a.m, during which Jesus ministered to him for nearly two hours and instructed him to ask for three things. Rather than material blessings, he asked only for the power of God, and it was granted. Soon after, he prayed for a person with poliomyelitis, who was instantly healed, and he has since devoted his life to the gospel.
He is the visionary behind the annual Let My People Go Crusade (established 2007) and the Jesus Festival at the Prayer City on the Gbongan-Ibadan Expressway. He is married to L/Evang. Odunola H. Oladele, Mother-in-Israel of OEMI and Proprietress of OGPA, and they are blessed with three children.
